       No pads, grass on the mud flats. I threw a watermelon green zoom
       speed craw on a weighted hook. Most strikes came when it was
       moving pretty fast.
       All smallies. Only LM I caught was not in the river but a creek
       tributary.
       Also caught several at an old bridge with rocks on either side.
       Stripers would surface every morning feeding on skipjack i
       think. Keep a big rod with a 2 oz slab handy for them.

       I love Brackish water.  Once I was catching large sunfish, white
       pearch, flounder and stripper bass and latge mouth bass in
       brackish water.
