A friend in Mexico's coach wants her to begin slin. The other
day he told her slin can/should only be ran with BF below 14%
       Is this true?
Also I'm using Novorapid slin post w/o at 5U w/50-75g carbs (in
PWO shake and as Karbolyn). Anyone with experience have a better
       or other protocol?

The lower your body fat. The better it works and lots of
benefits. I've been on for 15 years. i use similar to you. If
I overeat a goody I will calculate and add for the extra junk.
Newbites and anyone should get like aonetouch meter on ebay
(cheap) Check your sugars before meals, 20 mins after and upon
       rising.
BIG HINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEVER HAVE TO GO IN (HYPOGLYCEMIC).
IF SUGAR IS MAD HIGH. SAY LIKE (180). INJECT 2-3 UNITS.
CHECK 10-15 MINS AFTER. IF IT SHOWS,160, DO ANOTHER 2 UNITS.
IF AFTER 15 MINS ITS 140, DO 1-2 MORE UNITS TO GET CLOSE TO
90-100 READING. NEVER EXERCISE FOR 2 HOURS AFTERLOWERINGSUGAR
THIS WAY. IF YOU DO WORKOUT 2 HOURS LATER IT 15-20 GRAMS OF
       GOOD CARBS,
NOT A DOCTOR BUT IF YOU EVER TRY. HIT MEE UP BEFORE AND I WILL
STAY WITH YOU ON THIS. TO GUIDE YOU BASED ON YOUR FEED BACK
       RESULTS.
IF RUN CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH SUGARS YOUR, KIDNEYS, LIVER WILL
FAIL. NOT IF WILL DOWN THE ROAD.

Thank you!! I appreciate this information.
I have 2 blood glucose monitors, (different brands) and often
times I use both just to be sure I get same readings. (psycho
engineer mentality of check & double check on important things
LOL) I'll start carrying one in my meal prep backpack and check
       more frequently.

Always a good idea. Also, a good idea is to check it right
before your labs, so you know how well your meter actually
       measures your blood glucose.
I was watching BSG and they were talking about some of the
monitors being off by as much as 20% and that is actually the
standard most of those cheap monitors set. That is a huge
       deviation for what we do.
Insulin has always scared me, so I stayed clear. I looked at it
this way, AAS will not kill you if you make a mistake or two. It
is only when you continually make those mistakes that it becomes
dangerous. Insulin on the other hand can actually kill you on
       one mistake.

I use one touch meter. Always been spot on with my A1C. One
touch will calibrate. A very close 3 month A1C test. My one
touch meter said 5.9. My blood A1C was 5.7
