       You MUST demonstrate some basic knowledge of what you are doing
       with whatever your Service is-
       Things to Know:
       1.) Scamming = A big FAT ban from any and all Media Centers for
       R|MT
       2.) If you do not follow the rules for our forum, regardless of
       Your service being legit or not, it will be removed.
       You MUST Have At-least 3 Vouche's from a Community Member!
       You WILL be asked to Demonstrate to a GlobalMod+ as a Final
