       RLRZ Promotion Application Format

       If you are a current RLRZ Staff Member and is not in the
       Temporary stage (i.e [RLRZ-TM] ), you are eligible to apply for
       a promotion. You must also follow these guidelines before
       applying:
       -Junior Moderator to Moderator requires you to be at least 14
       (Exceptions)
       -Admin requires you to be at least 15 (Exceptions)
       -Super Admin and above is reserved for promotions made by
       Community Manager's and Above.
       -It is recommended to have a microphone but is not required
       -Changes to this may occur at any time and may require you to
       refill any spaces/add information to your application
       -There is a minimum of at LEAST 2 weeks before you may apply for
       a promotion
       -If you are denied of your application, you must wait 1 week
       before applying again

       Example:
       In Game Name (Without Clan Tags): DevHalo
       Steam ID: 1337
       Current RLRZ Rank: Owner
       What Rank is after your current Rank?: Super Duper Owner
       Age: 14
       Reason why you should be Promoted: Because I want to be
       something higher than Owner
       Some things you have done: Banned everyone in sight
       Who Recommended You: Everybody <3
       Why you think your current rank deems "Insufficient" and
       requires promotion (Optional): Because I demand more power and
       awesomeness.
