       What Rank Is after your current Rank?: Not Sure
       Age: 14
       Reason why you should be Promoted: I have recently joined the
       base wars server and I've only seen one Admin and his name is
       Mr.Chemist. I would like to become a moderator to help him out.
       I am on my summer break so this really could give me an
       opportunity to be on a lot more often then usual.
       Some things you have done: I let Admins know who is breaking the
       rules,and I haven't disrespect any of our players or members. I
       plan to donate when i have the money.
       Who Recommended You: Mr.Chemist himself
       Why you think your current rank deems "Insufficient" and
       requires promotion (Optional): Well i asked JM_Smile what an
       operator does and he reply's "Nothing" i felt a little bit down
       and dissapointed because i immediately knew I couldn't really
       help much.

       Operator doesnt do "Nothing". It can Jail, Votekick and Voteban.
       Its basically a test to see if you are staying true to your
       word.
       Your app is decent though.
       -You seem motivated, and the fact that you were let down to see
       that operator doesnt get much seems like you DO want to help.
       -You waited two days to apply for a promotion, which makes you
       seem somewhat patient
       -  Sniper says your a good person, I asked because im new from
       being back to the community.
       You seem like a good person to me, and you do seem pretty
       willing to help out. Stay like this and you will do well here.
