Round 14: SEA EAGLES Vs COWBOYS
       By: benz1980i Date: March 4, 2013, 2:03 am

The two Challenge Cup rivals come into this match hoping to win
the game that matters. The Cowboys have develop a dominance over
the Sea Eagles of late "yeah they have been bashing us with
shoulder charges. We have sought out advice from top flight
coaches within Division I coaches in a effort to overcome the
power forward back of the Cowboys"

It was a cracker of a game. If this were a real game on TV the
ratings would have gone through the roof. The Cowboys shot away
to a early lead thanks to some Bowen brilliance. I put in a kick
inside the Cowboys 20m zone and was punished for a unorganised
line. Bowen produced one of the tries of the season by running
straight up the middle through a yawning gap, running 80m to
       score a untouched try.
With the Cowboys up 12-0 after 12 minutes Manly had to keep a
level head. They completed their sets and shut the Cowboys out
in defence. By half time Manly had the upper hand heading into
the sheds up 13-12. The Cowboys were quick to respond in the
second half taking the lead at 18-13 before manly hit back
19-18. A rare error from Manly handed the Cowboys the ball from
a scrum inside the Manly 20 and the Cowboys had the skill to
punish them. At 24-19 in the 67th minute it was still anyone's
game. In the final moments Manly regained the ball through a
intercept in their own half. From this set Wolfman made a 50m
dash down the side line to put a grabber in goal to catch the
Cowboys out for a goal line drop out in the final 2 minutes. The
cowboys gave away another one of their many penalties for
attacking a Manly player head in a tackle. The match review
panel will be working over time on Monday.
Manly had possession inside the Cowboys 10m with seconds
remaining. DCE threw a no look ball out wide only for it to land
in the hands of JT who ran 90m with the full time siren in the
background to put the icing on the cake.
Classic game of footy. I love my rugby league. This is the
       greatest a game of all.

The curse of the 11 jersey continues at Manly. With Anthony
Watmough having spend countless weeks on the side line with
injury, his replacement Harrison sustained a injury early in the
       game :-X

Ouch benz didn't need a third straight loss, at least you still
seem to remain positive. Well done Petey!
