Round 14: STORM Vs KNIGHTS

The Knights are still in the race for the finals after a jump
start and stutter season. There is talk within the playing group
that if they had their coach for the whole season they would be
top 5 material. Regardless of a mid season coaching change the
players will be out fighting to reward their hard working behind
the scenes coach.
Meanwhile pressure is mounting on Storm coach. With expectations
of another premiership at the start of the season the Storm team
will be hoping to bring it home for a team in the heartland of
rival code AFL. Assistant coach Peter Shortcock had this to say
"being the only team in Victoria puts added pressure on us. We
feel that when we lose rugby league loses in the ongoing battle
for Australian sporting supremacy"
