A few words about this forum's conception.

I set up this forum for the Remote G Scale Society after seeing
that our sub-forum on the other site had been left out when the
other site was updated.
After announcing on that forum where the old information about
the site could be found using the wayback machine, and posting a
link where this new forum could be found, I was informed by the
administrator of the other site that my posts were considered
SPAM and were deleted.
After being contacted, the other site did reinstate our former
sub-forum. Also the site name/domain that Graham had originally
created was registered/claimed by the Administrator of the
other site, which is within his rights to do as it was no longer
a valid site.
To those of you who have PM'd me on the other site with
questions, I am barred from replying to your PM's there, at this
time due to low "points",
so this post is being made here.

I have added a sticky 'Why the Remote Location G Scale Society?'
to try to avoid any doubts about secret societies, funny
handshakes and other conspiracy theories.
There is no intention to set any 'Rules' other than common
courtesy so if there is anything that you would like to see
added or removed, please post your suggestions.
