I love love love Castleville. It's probably become my favorite
Zynga game. What's funny is that I didn't think I would like it.
Thought it looked stupid when I saw the trailer for it but tried
it and was instantly hooked.

I play it too.
The funny thing I was really into Farmville, and got my
FatherInLaw hooked on it, and then I just decided I really
didn't like that game as much. So while I was trying to ween
myself off of Farmville, I got hooked on Castleville. And funny
thing, FIL started up on that one too. ;D
ETA: so, talking with FIL today, he was mentioning that he
really could use more neighbors in Castleville. If any of you
are so inclined to help him, he is a retiree, and so has lots of
free time to play most days, and send gifts/answer requests,
etc. You can find him under " Bill Pifer" if you want to
try to "neighbor" him.

I hardly play Farmville at all anymore. My issue with Farmville
is the constant onslaught of quests where you have to ask for
huge quantities of things while you have other quests going on
at the same time that also require you to ask your neighbors for
tons of stuff. It's impossible to complete those if you don't
slavishly devote yourself to the game or spend huge amounts of
farm cash. I haven't played it in weeks.
I like Castleville because very few of the quests are timed, and
those that are don't all pop up at the same time.

Thanks! I know he appreciates it, getting more neighbors in the
game. Makes it easier to request various things. And since he
is retired, he plays Castleville and Farmville a lot.
I have been wondering if I'm doing some of the challenges out of
order, because sometimes I seem to be behind on some tasks, and
way ahead on other ones.
And really wish I could have more than 3 workshops on my land,
especially for creating things that take 9 hrs each. Or 24
hours.

I went and got the 4th workshop they are offering for a "limited
time". Be warned, it wants something like 9 anvils, 15 gold
bricks, and some other stuff. It has taken me 2 weeks to
finally finish making all the things to build it.
But it is nice having a 4th workshop.
