Greek night tonight-hummus, stuffed vine leaves, spinach
pasties. Served with yoghurt mint dip and crudities, plus mini
       pittas.

We're having chicken with manchego cheese crumble and chorizo.

Loaded the crock pot last night with a beef roast, 1/2 lb. of
sliced mushrooms, a diced onion, and a full head of garlic,
chopped. Added some thyme, red wine, olive oil, pepper, and a
dash of balsamic. Took the crock out of the fridge this morning
       and plugged it in.
Hoping that when I get home tonight and add sour cream, it will
       be quasi-Stroganoff. ;)

Tonight I am making roasted vegetables with tapenade, quinoa,
and something else. Probably salmon, but maybe hot Italian
       sausages.
Or, I'll just end up making home made pizza pockets.

Chocolate Milkshake. I was feeling rather lazy about the whole
       dinner thing.

Soup and sandwiches for supper, then snacks for tv watching:
puffcorn, Cheez-its, apple slices, cubed cheese. Beer for me,
       cream soda for the kids.

Assuming that FireGuy is joining us for dinner tonight (and
maybe our friend JoJo), something meaty. Probably with mashed
potatoes - because they're easy and I have too many potatoes in
       my hutch right now.
