I suspect I'm being taken out for pho. We know a great place
that does fantastic all-beef pho that is just to die for.

Tonight is Asian beef (soy sauce/rice vinegar/garlic marinade)
sliced thinly and served over baby greens with mandarin oranges
and crunchy noodles.
Surprisingly satisfying!
Though now I am craving pho...

Steak pie, chips, and rocket salad. Red wine. Boring but
reliable.

We're having imitation Hawaiian night. I made Kalua pork
sliders, macaroni salad and grilled pineapple.

Oh, heck yeah.
We had grilled chicken marinated in lemon juice, olive oil and
fresh herbs; pesto mashed potatoes; and carrots.

I have some stir fry veggies thawed in the fridge, so I'll get
out some pork after while. I'm thinking sweet and sour pork,
veggies, and break out the new rice cooker.

My dinner was SO bad for me but a delicious way to use up the
last bits and pieces before I go grocery shopping tomorrow.
A grilled cheese sandwich and a small baked potato with sour
cream and hot sauce - its the hot sauce that really kicks it up
a notch.

Leftover red beans and rice -- trying to get rid of all our
leftovers from the last couple of weeks.
