I hope so too! My dog will be staying at home. There will
probably be a doberman, a great dane, the 2 hunting dogs, a St.
Bernard... I'll have enough issues guarding my hamburger, much
       less my dog!

This is why I wish our HOA hadn't disbanded..because then I
could complain to them about the people who let their dogs run
loose (where they pee on my newly planted flowers), or leave
their dogs outside until 3:00 A.M. to bark and howl and carry
       on.
I think the e-mail is perfect. Hopefully it will get the point
       across to the new neighbor.

Dog barking is one of the only reasons I wish I had a HOA. There
are few things more annoying to me than continuously barking or
snarling dogs. I hope this is the only email you have to send!

The email looks great, and I'm glad you've been given an excuse
to go that route. Now I just hope the owner does indeed pass it
       along.

It's in her best interest as she's the one who gets fined.

       That's a pretty good incentive. ;D

That seems like a pretty straight forward e-mail. Hopefully it
gets the point across to the owners who will share it with their
       tenants.

Well perhaps the issue is with the word "supervised." That
doesn't tell the lady in question that she has to keep the dogs
quiet, just that she has to be present when they are outside.
Semantics, I know, but maybe she's not so bright and doesn't
realize that she's supposed to keep the barking down.
