       I wish you lots of luck on this.
       Right now we are supposed to get this new program that was
       supposed to be finished last year, and it still has some major
       problems, and I'm still trying to get them to write a manual on
       how to navigate around the program.

       Thanks. Someone is still insisting on change, but I've thrown my
       information out there and it is no longer up to me. I tried my
       best, but I'm not the boss, so the higher-ups can handle it, you
       know?
