A thread of positivity. :)
Today the sun is shining, spring is here, and I'm going shopping
on my lunch break with a friend.

My boss is out today so work is much more relaxed and I have
some breathing room to catch up on the organization and research
stuff I've been too frantic to work on.
I finally scheduled the sewing and knitting classes I got
groupons for.
It's FRIDAY!

The chance to take a nap in the middle of a long week.
A bubble bath and a good book.
When my husband remembers my favorite flavor of milkshake, or
chocolate, or whatever, and picks it up for me.

I feel all warm and fuzzy inside whenever I see birds bathing in
a puddle.

I came downstairs this morning to discover that my guy got into
the Post-It notes.
On my monitor: "You're so pretty!"
On the fridge door: "You warm my heart!"
On the bathroom door: "So beautiful, every day."
On the pantry: "My favorite girl."
On the cupboard: "I adore you."
And the best one, on the linen closet: "Have a nice poop."

I'm giggling so hard that my eyes are watering. I have to do
that to the Cap'n!
My coworker made my day today by volunteering to call an angry
constituent. He's a good man. (Seriously, he's got mad skilz
when it comes to dealing with angry people. Mine are lousy.
That's why I'm not in constituent services.)
