As the group and Vadiin made their way in their directions the
bird circled around the mountain. The creature was huge, easily
able to decimate a building with a single swoop. Jet black eyes
narrowed in on the movement near the tree line. Letting out a
caw, the creature swooped low near the treetops. It grazed the
treetops about 150 yards from Vadiin, and slightly further from
the other group.
In the trees, winding paths, likely walked by the natural
creatures of the realm in their daily movement patterns. In
front of Vadiin, the paths took to south (towards the central
mountain) and to the east (deeper into the forest).
In front of the other group there were three paths. The first
led south (towards the central mountain), to the east (Towards a
lake near the outer edge), and to the west (a loop back around
to the mountain they came from)

Solomon realizes Vadiin veered off course and curses loudly
"WHERE ARE YOU GOING YOU IDIOT!?" he tries to swing back toward
him but the impending attack of the bird forces him to head
south.

As they were forced to separate from Vadiin and down the
southern path she came to a stop at the three new ways they
could go. "Ah...what should we do. We've already gotten
separated from Vadiin." she wasn't sure which path would be best
and bring them closer to their friend but them splitting up even
more didn't seem smart since only one of them was familiar with
the area.

Vadiin looked towards the bird and then back towards the others.
The bird seemed to come from the direction where Saiyomi was,
but now that he got over here, he wasn't sure which way to head.
"Damn..." he then picks the southern path towards the mountain.

Yoshi comes to a skidding stop, seeing everyone head south he
touches the ground beneath him which shifts into a flock of
small birds made of sand. they fly toward the giant bird, hoping
to distract it. "KEEP GOING DOWN THE SOUTHERN PATH!!" yoshi
yells and follows behind the group to provide cover.

As the birds of sand fly into the air the large bird seems to
slow, as if tracking them. After a few moments of circling the
creature chases after it's new Sandy prey.
Both souhern paths snake through the woods. The sounds of
forest creatures could be heard in the shadows mixing with a far
off brook. After about a half a mile they would find a clearing
full of lilacs and violets. The two paths would lead to
opposite ends of the clearing.

Solomon had run until he couldn't run anymore. he stops at the
clearing to catch his breath. "if this is what we're in for when
we get the land back, then maybe we should stick to a water
world" he mumbles

Mizuki came to a stop behind him, bent over with her hands on
her knees panting. "I wonder if the other domains are this
eventful?" she said once she regained a stable breathing
pattern. Finally she straightened up and her eyes widened "Oh!
This is beautiful!"

Yoshi arrives next, his breathing not as heavy as the others "if
it wasn't for the giant bird of death, that would've been a nice
run" he walks into the clearing and looks around, senses on high
alert.

Vadiin walked out into the clearing with a half frown on his
face. The scenery was nice, but he was hoping there'd be a bit
more rocky or sandy areas. He wondered if a place like that
could exist here... or anywhere for that matter.
He spotted the others and walked over. "Alright, the sight
seeing was nice, but what's the plan for getting rid of...
of..." he couldn't think of a nickname. "That bird."
