A path to ruin [after invetation, sayomi, Solomon, and vadiin]

Sayomi had beaten the other two out front. The street was
active but not overwhelmingly so. People moved about in their
morning routines. Good days were exchanged, errands were run,
all in all a usual scene.
For Sayomi however the streets were bathed in darkness.
Accusatory glances and distrustful looks were perceived as being
thrown in her direction. Whispers curled from every angle, the
same thoughts as before, with a new growing theme. [I]"You will
hurt them all. you are too weak. where do you belong? It would
be better if you ended it."[/I]. She sighed and closed her eyes
resting her head against the inn, waiting for the sound of the
two coming with her.

Solomon steps out the inn next. seeing Sayomi the way she was,
he oats her on the back. his way of comfort.

As she heard the sound of footsteps and felt the hand on her
back her eyes fluttered open. Seeing Solomon she gave him a
small smile. "Ready to find a quiet spot in the city?"

center.

Vadiin walked out a moment later with the tray of sausages in
his hand.
"Alright, let's go."

Sayomi quirked an eyebrow upwards at the tray of sausages.
Normally she'd say something snarky, but she didn't have the
mental energy to do so today. She followed Solomon's gaze and
bit her lip. "I was thinking about going somewhere overlooking
the water. I thought I saw a lookout on the other side of the
city."

Vadiin thought for a moment. "I do remember seeing an overhang
near the docks." Without another word, he headed that direction.

Sayomi blinked a few times as Vadiin suddenly headed off towards
the docks. She hadn't internalized any of the layout of the
city through the events from the previous day. Quietly she
followed after Vadiin. Her movements were more cautious than
usual. She seemed to avoid every shadow in the path of the
three. Unconsciously she moved out of the way of other people
as they went about their business. Twisting her hand around her
hair as she pulled it over her shoulder she looked to Vadiin.
"Did the spot look less traveled than the rest of the docks?"

Vadiin didn't respond right away as he was looking for
something. "It was a large overhang that was near the docks, but
it looked like it leads down to some kind of big ice cavern." he
said without turning around. "Doubt anyone's going to be around
there. Hope you don't mind the cold though."

"after everything that happened yesterday. I doubt the docks are
quiet" Solomon says to himself. he found himself bringing up the
rear behind Sayomi. he notices more how she wasn't her usual
self.
