Menka shy's away from Vadiins intimidating demeanor "....brute."
he mumbles. "he was with me the whole time and nothing happened,
what could he po-" Menka was interrupted by Mizuki's cry for
help. "Mizuki!?" he screams and runs over to her. Vadiin had
said something earlier about a red glow earlier. Menka thought
to himself and quickly looked her over. sure enough there was a
foreign object on her arm. a jewel of sorts. "what is this?" he
questions and tries to pry it off.
The knight captain looks back again but stops. "what's going on"
he asks, his hand falls to the sword on his hip.

The boy gave an innocent smile as the two spoke about him before
looking back at Mizuki. The effect of the gem were apparent
quite quickly, Rika would be pleased.
He stopped the rest of the group did and put his hands on the
back of his head. [Color=crimson]"I wouldn't pry that off if I
were you. If it shatters and seeps into her bloodstream it
would be near impossible to remove."

Faster than anyone thought possible, Vadiin grabbed teh boy by
his coller and lifted him off the ground. His face inches from
the boy's, he said, "Listen up you little sh**, you better tell
her how to gett it off real damn quick if you wanna keep
breathing."

As soon as the words left him she yanked her arm out of Menkas
grip.as soon as she moved flames flickered and surrounded her
hand. A startled shout left her, it felt like she'd shoved her
hand into boiling hot water. "H-how do i stop?!" She yelled and
shook her hand causing the flame to get bigger and hotter.

As Vadiin moved the boy close to his face the boy didn't even
bat an eyelash at the intimidation. In a slight shimmer
suddenly he was gone, though not for long. He reappeared about
10 feet from the group hovering in the air, very clearly
interested in Mizuki's response. Although he tossed a casual
comment to Vadiin. [Color=crimson][I]"Must feel good.
Threatening a child and all. Definitely should feel proud of
yourself there. As for you darling subject number 2. Are you
enjoying your gift?"

Menka quickly grabbed her flaming hand in his. he winces as the
flames lick at him and calls forth his magic. his ice glow a
crystal blue and a water bubble forms around their hands and the
flames, hopefully dowsing them. "Mizuki, stay calm" he says
through a wince of pain.
The knight captain wasted no time, with a step he was in the air
and in front of the boy. he slashes horizontally, trying to take
the boys head.

The flames died down but the heat remained causing the bubble of
water to warm up. Mizuki whimpered softly trying to calm down
"Can't its too h-hot." she whined and her other hand caught
fire. "2? W-who else is being tar...targeted?"

Before his head was taken the boy disappeared again. In an
instant Ren was floating above the group giggling darkly.
