"If we-- SH*T!" Vadiin shouted as he spotted the ice. He moved
his ax as quick as he could to block it. Strangely, it didn't
melt on impact even though his weapon was glowing red hot now.
"You're slippin' WaterWorks, giving him ammo now?"
Vadiin was thinking he'd place a gap between them, but as they
were inside and this was a port city, he could accidentally end
up flooding the place which would make things much worse.

She dodged and shot him a glare "I just got over here and see
this just proves my point!" she said and looked at Balphys. "We
might be able to go at him at once, opposite sides and he might
not be able to get a hit on both. Or one of us can distract and
the other comes in for the actual attack." she suggested, she
didn't know their opponents full range of attacks and powers so
it was hard to come up with a good plan.

Vadiin was about to suggest that he go at him, but chances are
that this is what Balphys was expecting.
"I'll go for the main attack, but make sure your attack still
hits."
He didn't want to accidentally broadcast all of their plans, so
he tried to kee it quick.

A sadistic grin spreads on Balphys face and he launches a fury
of swipes, sending shards of purple ice flying at them again.

She nodded in agreement "I'll try my best." she replied before
shoving Vadiin out of her way with a blast of water so she could
focus on blocking the ice he sent. She took off towards Balphys
sending wave of water at him so his focus and attacks would
remain on her.

Balphys jumps to the side as the torrent of water came at him.
he replies with his own torrent of ice shards aimed at her.
"you're at a disadvantage water elf"

As Vadiin was pushed out of the way, he rolled to the side. He
raegained his footing and threw a nearby barrel at Balphys's
side as he created his ice attack.

"Probably but that just means I'm more determined to best you!"
as she notices Vadiin grab a barrel out of the corner of her eye
she uses her water blade to deflect the shards of ice.

the blindsiding of the barrel causes Balphys to falter, half of
the ice shards crash through the building. "That was sneaky
blacksmith"He swings his blade and destroys the roof with shards
of ice. As the debris falls Balphys disappears.
The thunderous sounds of boots crushing snow below could be
heard in the distance. Guards were arriving and they were coming
full force.
"oooh, im not sure if that's good or not" Akio says.

While the dust clears, Vadiin stared at the spot where Balphys
had been just a moment ago. He then looked over at... Mizuki was
it. He nodded.
"Your actions... They weren't terrible." he said flatly before
walking away towards the entrance of the building.
