Divide and Conquer Part 1 - Finding the Council [Solomon,

The sun was hanging low in the sky as the day got underway in
Port Sheiva. The cities position in the northern part of the
seas was easily discernible by the crisp wind that blew through
the buildings. The buildings were build to stand the
environment around them. Thick walls of grey stood starkly
against the sky. The people of the city went about their days
bundled up, to keep the chill out.
As the day began one of two boats pulled up to the east end of
the docks of the port.

Dante looked around as they landed on the eastern area, though
her gaze was mainly looking in the west. She wasn't comfortable
being away from Mizuki though she tried to keep her apprehension
to herself. It felt odd wearing pants and and a jacket instead
of her dress but the other girl had insisted so she'd given in.
"Are the council in some sort of easy to find location or do we
have to hunt around and ask questions?"

Solomon watched the port as they pulled in. This city wasn't
under Rorans control but that didn't mean it was safe either. A
shiver runs down to his spine and through his tail. He wasn't a
big fan of heat, but he hated cold even more. Even in the thick
hooded coat he still found himself rather cold. "knowing our
luck, we'll be hunting..."

As their boat drew into port, Sayomi was watching the city
against the sky. She was bundled up in a jacket of her own, her
emerald hair pulled back from her face. She sighed as they
docked and she disembarked. "I would have to agree with Solomon,
but I would think we should at least be able to find some
information to help us search."

"Well we better get to it then. I'm not familiar with this place
but let's hope they're friendly to us asking questions." She
hopped onto the dock.

"Something tells me that would just make things worse." Leyin
said through the layers of scarves he was wearing. There really
was nothing worse than beingpulled from a nice warm crate from
the ship to be thrust into the bitter cold. Even with all of his
scarves, Leyin was still shivering.
"Let's just get this over with. We'll probably want to find a
map first."

The early morning sun was just beginning to light the streets of
the city. As if rising from a deep slumber the city slowly
began to wake around them. The few shops and restaurants that
opened early began to raise their blinds, welcoming residents of
Port Sheiva in from the snow. Early risers began to populate
the streets, bundled up against the elements but seemingly
comfortable in the harsh atmosphere. Occasionally a passerby
would give the newcomers to the city a curious look.
The streets around the group appeared to be that of the market
district. Well kept shops and quaint restaurants lined the
street as far as the eye could see. The few people out and
about appeared to be heading to work or to one of the few open
cafes for breakfast. The largest cafe was about a block away
from the group. The cafe was called The Whistling Kettle and
had a bright and inciting atmosphere that radiated into the
street. A stark comparison against the cold.

Sayomi shook her head lightly and nodded. "Well we won't find
out anything just standing around. Why don't we see what we can
find.". She began to head down the road.
