Menka would have a major list of things to ask Akio once this
was over with. for now the scalebound had to be dealt with. As
Vadiin introduces himself he couldnt help but watch the
scalebound get repelled back by this man among men. " My name's
M-he's not listening anymore...." he sighs and ducks a close
call from a scalebound trying to take his head off. he points
his hand at it and hits the creature with a blast of magic. "I'm
going to spread out" he says and runs off.
As soon as Genji appears he runs into the fray, he slides under
one of Vadiins swings as he sends a scalebound to meet the sky
and thrusts his sword into the chest of the next one Vadiin was
about to kill "too slow old man" he says with a smirk.

Sayomi blinked quickly as the scene around her shifted.
Confused for but a moment she quickly took in her surroundings.
Seeing the scalebounds terrorizing the innocent people she
growled low, her usual wolf like nature taking hold. Quickly
she shook her head and also spread out pulling out her spear.
With a quick motion it unfurled and she plunged the blade into
the nearest scalebounds heart.

"This better be quick." she muttered and with a turn she had her
halbred in hand and was sending a wall of air at a group of
scalebounds. "Don't go getting hurt Mizuki." she said in parting
and dashed off to handle the group she'd attacked.

Rolling her eyes she turned her focus onto the fight. Her water
blades drawn she began exchanging attacks with a scalebound,
using the sword in one hand she waved her free one to send a
torrent of water at the scalebound from the side.

The scalebound went down easy enough but the sheer numbers were
overpowering.
Two scalebound rush genji and tackle him to the ground. They
snap and bite at him but he somehow holds them back. Another
group of scalebound run at vadiin with a few swords they stole
from a forge.
As the scalebound slumps over onto sayomis blade, another jumps
and tries to bite her shoulder.
The wall of air stops them in their tracks. They make their way
to dante, hissing and snapping in anger. One throws a spear at
her as they run over.
The water whips the scalebound overboard but in his place was
another one. This scalebound was twice the size of the others.
His scales a mixture of murky green and orange. His thick
muscular body was covered in skulls, trophies of his kills. He
steps toward her with his massive greatsword drawn. With a roar
he swings down at her trying to cleave her in two.
The group would notice that this giant scalebound wasnt the only
one. At least 4 others were on the ship wreaking havoc.

Menka blasts a few more scalebound but gets cut on the arm by
one of their swords. Menka winces in pain and sends the
attacking scalebound in a crate woth a magic air bullet.

As she sees the second scalebound jumps towards her Sayomi
frowned. Her eyes turning to emerald she planted h her palm on
the ground and focused her energy into it. In an instant a cage
of thorns sprung up around her like a shield.

"Wow these things just don't learn, do they?" Vadiin rushed the
scalebound coming towards him headon. At the last second, he did
a whirling kick which sent two flying overboard and one flying
in half due to the ax. He had to say, he was somewhat impressed
with how these newcomers were yhandling themselves.

Leyin watched in fear at the comotion on the large ship. He made
the right choice by not going over there.

With a grin she deflected the spear with her halbred and sent a
barrage of wind blades at the approaching group. She could see
their numbers were too much and that they risked tiring
themselves by trying to handle it. "Any bright ideas. There's
too many to keep trying to fight off!" she shouted.

The good thing about them coming from the ocean is they brought
water with them onto the deck, giving her the perfect
opportunity. She dove to the side, avoiding the attack as she
rolled back onto her feet, concentrating she used the
surrounding puddles of water to create spikes to stab into the
giant scalebound. She heard Dante but was too busy to reply, but
knew she was right, there were too many to handle.
