The cloud zips out of the way. "Lovely, I'll distract and you
run in and grab the book." she said and jumped off the cloud to
land on another bookcase. She sent a wind blade at the spider to
grab its attention.

"hey wait n-" it was too late. Menka crosses his arms and sighs
"....I dont even know how to work this thing"
The wind blade hits the spider in the face but does nothing more
than piss it off. The spider screeches and jumps near to where
Dante is. The ground shakes and one of the shelves fall under
the weight of the spider that you now realize is twice the size
of the others.

Luckily the cloud didn't vanish as she jumped down, instead it
stayed floating in place.
Dante takes a step back "Looks like your the alpha in this
team." grinning she jumped into the air and sent several wind
blades, some aimed at the monster and some aimed at the taller
bookcases near it.

The blades hit the alpha but again do no damage. They did work
as a distraction. The wind blades rip through the book cases
with ease, causing them to topple over onto the alpha and bury
him.
Menka makes a mental note to scold her about the books she just
destroyed and jumps onto the shelves closest to the office and
enters.
The spiders that were giving chase finally catch up and rush
thea.

Dante turns in time to see them and jumps off the shelf. As she
falls she holds out her hand and a tornado forms and flies at
the spiders.

The tornado hits the spiders full on, sending them sorawling
through the air screeching. They crash into the shelves below,
bringing them toppling down onto them. In the distance more
screeching could be heard. A multitude were making their way to
her.
The debris from earlier rumbles and from it jumps the alpha. He
screeches in anger and comes after thea.

Flipping she landed on her feet with a grin. "Now this is the
fun I wanted!" she ignored the oncoming spiders and, head on, at
the alpha spider. Slashing 2 wind blades at it she jumped high
into the air. She held her halbred tightly, aiming to stab the
spider through the back as she came down.

The alpha mustve not learned his lesson from before. It guards
against the wind blades only to be pierced by the halberd. It
screeches in pain and bucks, trying to throw her off.

Dante pushed the blade in deeper to stay balanced against the
bucking. "Now you and your little friends will learn what
happens when you get in my way." the embedded portion of the
blade began to vibrate as she created a tornado within the
spider.

The screech intensified as the pain did. A few spiders jumped
onto the back of the alpha but were quickly thrown off. The
bucks get weaker as it tries to smash into a shelf
