The sweets vendor gave Dante a warm and welcoming smile.
"Something you like? First sample is in the house. I'd love
for you to try one.". She held out one of the sweets to her.
To Leyin the woman gave an equally welcoming smile. "I grow
these in my garden. Do you like lilacs?". She held out her hand
offering him a bloom.
The others would see the scents they were seeking in similar
fashions. Warm welcoming vendors, the scents causing an
overwhelming calm, almost a haze, over the sphere. Behind the
vendors the small girl let out a bright laugh as her lips
twisted into a smirk. [Color=mediumpurple][I]"So many takers
today."

Leyin took the bloom and sniffed it. Yep, this was definately a
lilac. The fact that there wasn't a garden the could grow them
properly didn't enter his head. He looked around in awe. He had
no idea so many were interested in lilacs.
"How much?" he asked.

Dante stared down at the candy in the womans hand. "Where did
you get this?" she questioned and took the candy out the womans
hand. Something was wrong and familiar about this situation and
the longer she was held in this mysterious thrall the more she
was willing to question.

Sayomi made her way through the street. The scent was so
intoxicating that she covered her nose with her hand. As she
did she looked around. There were more people than she
expected. How many people were drawn in by the same scent?
Something didn't seem right. The stalls set up definitely
hadn't been there before. Slowing her steps she tried to shake
the fog from her mind.

menka soon sees the vendor selling parchment. he eyes him in
curiosity "this.....this doesn't seem right" his mind raced as
he tried to put the pieces together. why would someone be
selling such a valuable thing, especially if it has valuable
history behind? He want's to step forward, he want's to know but
everything in him is warning him to stay away.

Solomon sees a vendor selling sapling trees. was this where the
smell was coming from. he walks up to the vendor and eyes his
wares "are these from Kenro's forest?"

Mizuki stopped in front of a stall "How did you get this?" she
questioned, smiling when she managed to come upon the smells
origin. "It smells jsut like home."

The woman smiled warmly at Leyin as he held the flower in his
hand. She shook her head and the scent wafted around him, much
stronger than it had been previously. "You can have that one if
you would like.". The petals on the flower itself begn to open
more as he held it.
The smell of peppermint was intense from the piece of candy as
Dante took it from the woman. At the question she smiled an
patted the cart lightly. "I make all my own candy. I love to
see the reactions as people eat it.". The piece of candy itself
was decent in weight. The sheen sparkled in the moonlight,
enticing the young woman to eat it.
The man who was in front of the saplings gave a hearty laugh and
pulled one of the saplings to the front. "My you've got a good
eye kid. That's exactly where they are from. I raise the
saplings so others can partake in their beauty. Feel free to
take a closer look.". He offered the saplings to the young
godling.
As the scent of lavender continued to wash over Mizuki the young
man selling the lavender smiled. "I raise it myself. Nothing
quite feels so homey as the fresh smell of lavender. I use I to
make soaps as well. Would you care to try some?". He extended
his hand with a sample for her.
The smells began to fade for the two that had stopped short of
the stalls that were calling to them. In their place an eerie
wind began to whip around the two. From the shadows behind the
stalls the shadows figure of the small girl began to
materialize. Behind them the hotel and surrounding buildings
seemed to begin to close in on them, blocking any path away. A
sharp giggle echoed on the wind as the girls shadow reached out
towards the two. An icy feeling around their legs would set in,
and if they looked down, hands from the shadows were grabbing at
their ankles. However if they cried out their voices would be
trapped in the wind spinning around the two.

Almost everything in her said to trust the woman and just eat
the candy, but the small piece of her said something was amiss.
"This...this isn't right." she dropped the candy back onto the
cart and took a step back. Looking around she saw others at
different vendors looking entranced by whatever they were being
sold. "Who are you?!" she demanded angrily, turning back to face
the woman after she spotted Mizuki.

Sayomi caught a glimpse of the figure in the distance before the
wind whipped up around her. Feeling the ice on her ankles she
jumped and turned her attention downward. Her gaze sharpened as
she jumped away from the shadows and back a small distance.
Giving them the shadows a quick kick she darted through the wind
and towards any of the other individuals, the closest being
Menka. [Color=forestgreen][I]"what the hell is going on
here?"[/color] she muttered under her breath.
