Boredom is Bad for Everyone [invite, evening]
DIR By: Rika
Date: May 28, 2016, 2:01 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
The sun had set on the city and the night air had settled in. A
lone figure of a young girl walked the street. Shoulder length
blond curls bounced as she walked and she carried an object in
her arms.
A deep sigh escaped her lips as she looked at the object in her
arms. [I]"I learned nothing new all day.
There are only so many tactics books I can read.....Ren I'm
bored.". The girl pouted, her bright green eyes sharp.
A second voice raised up around her with a dark tone.
[I]"Well Roran isn't here right now....you could
always have some fun."
The girls lips twisted into a smile as she eyed the building in
front of her. With a slight giggle she snapped her fingers and
a mirage like pulse encircled the area.
[ooc. You will know when to enter this thread. Trust me]

Dante stepped out of the inn, curiously she looked around.
"Where is it coming from?" she muttered, it seemed to have
gotten stronger but she still could not find the source. So
focused on her own thoughts she'd taken no notice of the other
patrons reacting oddly.

Leyin walked, almost as if he was in a trance towards the smell.
This led him out of the inn, down the street, and right into
Dante. Only then did he look up.
"Oh, sorry." he said, before continuing forward.

The night outside was eerily dark. No stars nor the moon could
be seen within the confines of the area that had been encircled
by the young looking girl's magic. In the same vein only a few
of the street lamps seemed to be working, and that was shakey at
best, as the flickered simply. There was also not a breath of
wind to speak of.
However as each individual followed their smell, the intensity
strengthened as they followed it outside, practically to the
point it was intoxicating. As the first few brave enough to
follow her invitation the young girl made no effort to hide
herself. She simply sat back where she began watching the test
subjects as they entered with her doll in her arms, a twisted
smile on her face.
Before Dante and Leyin there were a few vendor stalls, most
notably one for sweets and one for flowers. Both had a friendly
looking shop keeper, one holding candy samples and the other
holding a few lilacs in their hands.

A few moments behind the other two Sayomi appeared from the
entrance too the inn. Stepping out cautiously she sniffed the
air again. It was definitely stronger out here. The smell was
so curious she couldn't help but look for the source.

After she'd been bumped into she stopped walking. "Something
isn't right...wrong feels familiar...where is that smell coming
from" she thought, her thoughts going from trying to puzzle out
what was happening back to the distracting scent. She saw the
shop stands and wandered to the one selling candy. "Is this the
source?" she muttered to herself.

Menka stepped out of the inn almost in a glide. The smell of
parchment had his mind in a daze and his concentration on the
past.

A frantic solomon runs across the rooftops near the inn in a
radius as he searched for the source of the smell "how is this
possible!? " memories flashed in his head causing him to lose
focus and fall from the roof ti the ground below "...the smell
of the forest....the smell of the leaves blowing through the
wind" he murmurs, unfazed by the tumble he had.

The smell of lavender seemed to get stronger as she stepped out
onto the streets. "Where could this be coming from?" she looked
around hoping to pinpoint the source.

There! Leyin spotted a vendor holding some of the flowers he was
so fond of... But where did such a vendor come from? He didn't
remember seeing them there before. He cautiously approached one
and pointed to the flowers. "Where did you get these?"
