       Info: Although he looks young, Sinnic is one of the oldest
       beings known to creation. Although he is not a combative being,
       he has remarkable magical abilities. He is one of the "Arcana
       Counsel" which is a group of beings that are rumored to have
       given the knowledge of magic to mortals. Only three of the
       Arcana Counsel are originals, Sinnic being one of them.
       Sinnic was captured by Roran and now serves as a "divining rod "
       for finding Godlings.
