"ha, you act as if you miss it as much as I do." Leyin said at
her reaction. He thought for a moment. "You konw what, I think I
will call you Saya. The noise you made I swear almost sounded
like a sigh of regret. I know it sounds shallow, but somehow...
I think that it fits."
He moved his legs out from under him because they were falling
asleep. As he did so, a small piece of the roof tumbled off
towards the street. "Wow, guess this place isn't as sturdy as I
thought it was."
OOC: Salamon, that piece of roof is heading your way fast.

the roof hits but it doesn't sound like ground. Solomon bites
back the urge to curse and rubs his head. he pulls his hand back
at the feeling of something wet only to see red. he was
bleeding. he gives a somewhat lazy but aggrivated sigh and
stands "even the streets are after my head" he mumbles quietly
still looking at the blood on his fingers.

Leyin is in thought when he hears a voice.
"Hm? Hello?" He looks at Saya. "I'll be right back. DOn't run
off now. It's pretty dangerous up here." he says petting her one
last time before peering over the edge. "Hey, you ok?"

The cat mewled at the name given quite sure the boy was
impressive in his naming. Out of curiosity she watched the two
from her spot.

"Um, alright then." Leyin replied. At first he wondered what had
the man so upset, but he figured getting hit with a piece of
roofing ould be pretty irritationg.
He turned around to see Saya watching him. "Well I guess it
could've been worse... but we probably shouldn't be hanging
around up here if pieces are falling off like that." He moved
again and a smaller piece tumbled off the otherside and into the
water. He also realized that the golden blaze that sat atop the
horizon earlier was now a deep collage or violets and dark blues
with only a red haze hanging above the sea.
"Wow it's getting pretty late. I wonder where your..." he
stopped at this. Somehow, the word "owner" didn't seem quite
right, but he wasn't sure why. He then turned and looked
directly at her. "How did you say you got up here again?"
Unlike the other times where he was talking more to himself than
the cat directly, this time he was sure she could give an actual
answer.

The cat watched the interaction of the two and shook her head.
She stretched her front paws out in front of her before
standing. As the boy spome of leaving the cat mewled and flexed
her paws. The question he posed made her stop for a moment
before she looked towards a pile of supplies stacked that had
allowed her to easily jump back up in the form. She gracefully
hopped down the same path. She disappeared for a moment but it
wouldn't be long till she reappeared on the road below, at least
that's how it should be anyways.

"that guys a weird one....talking to a cat". his own cat ears
twitched at the remark. eeing as he was a halfling, his remark
hurt a little. he turns on a heel and looks at leyin "i...i
wasnt trying to be rude" he once again says bluntly. it could be
said that talking wasnt one of his strong suits.

Leyin followed the cat's gaze to the pile of supplies. "oh...
right. Sorry." How could he have missed that? Something hin him
told him this wasn't an ordinary cat, but he felt he had been a
little rude. "Sorry... again." he said and then realized the cat
had already left.
He climbed down, looking for where she ran off to but couldn't
find her. At the voice, he turned.
"Oh it's okay. I guess it does seem kinda weird. haha. Didn't
realize anyone was down here." Leyin sain a quiet voice. "I just
figured you were upset because that roofing hit you."
He then noticed the man's ears and his eyebrows raised a bit.
"Hey, do you know who that cat belonged to? I just kind of found
her up there. Although something feels different about her..."

The cat watched the two from her spot around the corner for a
moment, before sighing lightly. Within a moment she shifted
back to her human form and began walking down the alleyway.
Emerald hair danced in the breeze, the last lights of the sunset
shining of the silky locks as she walked. She was still within
the distance that she could hear them.
