       RD is inactive again, so we're going to do another wipe.
       We'll cut down to about 20 and then start recruiting hard, so
       basically everyone who joins will be promoted to Officer. The
       kicking is nothing personal, we just want a higher percentage of
       active members.
       As always, we welcome both new and returning members. We
       hope to have enough recruits by late January to start planning
       more guild events.
