Lahir dan Besar di Hiroshima, Jepang. Dimana dia mengikuti
Hiroshima Actors School bersama temannya dan sekarang Perfume
beranggotakan Yuka Kashino dan Nishiwaki Ayaka. Dia memasuki
kelas menyanyi kareta tertarik menyanyi, tetapi dia memanggil
gurunya kembali dan mengatakan ingin menyanyi dan menari, karena
merasa kurang cocok menyanyi saja.
Dia bergabung dengan Perfume tahun 2001 menggantikan Kawashima
Yuka yang sedang fokus untuk sekolahnya
