       Best Ever Bread Recipe With No Eggs!!!

       I love this recipe and use it faithfully at least twice a
       week... It makes 2 loaves or 12 fair size buns and a small
       loaf... you can use it to make cinnamon or cheese rolls/buns.
       5 1/2 cups flour  ( for healthier type try half and half
       white/whole wheat, white/multi grain)
       2 to 4 tsp sugar
       1/2 tsp salt or omit all together
       1pkg yeast (I use quick rise)
       2 cups hot water ( I use from tap)
       Mix let rise 25 mins.
       Now I punch down and then make loaves placing parchment paper (
       my new best friend omits oils/fat/sprays and makes a nice loaf)
       Let rise another 25 minutes
       Bake 25 min at 350
