        Spicy Apple Crisp!!!

       3 or 4 apples  (Granny Smith)
       peel, cored and sliced
       grated zest of 1/2 small orange
       2 tsp orange juice or try pineapple juice
       1/4 cup sugar or sugar sub...
       2 tblsp brown rice flour
       1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
       Oven 450
       combine apples and zest set aside
       mix rest of ingreds
       add 4 tblsp butter (melted to mixture)
       place apple mixture in buttered baking dish toss crumbly mixture
       overtop bake for 30 minutes
