3 Sausage & Rice Casseroles!!

SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE
1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 tbsp. green pepper flakes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. grated cheese
Crumble sausage and brown in skillet. Add peppers, onion, celery
and cook until soft. Drain thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients
and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
SAUSAGE, RICE & CHEESE CASSEROLE
1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 bags of boil in bag rice
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
Set oven to 400 degrees. Saute onion and bell pepper in lightly
oiled or sprayed skillet. Add pork sausage and let the sausage
brown. Set aside on stove to keep warm. Cook the rice as
directed on the box. Combine the cooked rice, cooked sausage
mixture, both cans of the cream soups and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix
well all ingredients together. Add seasoned salt and black
pepper to suit your own taste. Put entire mixture into a lightly
oiled baking dish and slice remaining cheese on top of mixture.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is
melted on top. Serves 6.

1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 lg. onion
1 green bell pepper
1 can water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar of pimento
1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. broth or water
1 c. grated cheese
Fry sausage in a skillet; add onion and pepper and saute. Add
remaining ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
