Your metabolic rate has a lot to do with what fat your body
decides to burn below are ten food that will help kick start
this journey!!
Oranges, strawberries, cranberries, curumbers, carrots, apples,
beans, onions, oats and tomatoes...
Now those aren't so bad eh!!!
So, I started this journey with breakfast and my evening
snack.... hmmmm seems to me my grandparents told me this years
ago.... oatmeal and blueberries or strawberries either at
breakfast or even before bed...
Lunch could be blueberry or strawberry pancakes or a salad...
Dinner could be salmon or your choice of fish or chicken without
the skin dang it lol... and maybe a stir-fry or salad, fresh
veggies in season...
Snack and before bed... nuts (twice a week walnuts) garlic
tomatoes and cucumbers (my one downfall I love garlic salt on
them but hey I am cutting out the salt for most of the day now)
Just try these few little changes and you will find a thinner
healthier you very quickly like in about 3 to 4 months.... you
could lose up to 50 lbs... I did...
Oh and in case you thought I exercised nope the most I did is
walk a couple of blocks each day in the winter months if weather
was bad I skipped a day and went twice as far if I could the
next day... In summer months walking a little more in the
garden working that is it oh and playing with Lily and her
balls...
I have kept it off for almost two years!!!

2 tsp. aluminum free baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Place walnuts in food processor. Pulse them in 1 or 2 second

soda, salt and 1 teaspoon orange zest. Whisk until well
combined.
Place orange juice, olive oil, 1/2 cup honey, and eggs in a
medium bowl, whisk until combined.
Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients, stirring until
moistened. Do not over mix. Pour batter into pan.
Bake until top springs back, approximately 40 minutes.
Transfer to cooling rack. Let cool for 10 minutes and run a
knife along edges of pan to remove.
Note: While cake is baking, place yogurt, remaining 1 teaspoon
honey and 1 teaspoon orange zest in a small bowl. Mix well.
Refrigerate until needed.
Serve each slice of cake with a spoonful of yogurt mixture.
Garnish with a pinch of orange zest.
