       Lemon Dressing!!!
       1 cup sour cream
       2 tablespoons lemon juice
       2 teaspoons sugar
       1 teaspoon salt
       Freshly ground black pepper
       Pour the sour cream into a mixing bowl.
       
       2. With a wooden spoon, stir in the lemon juice, sugar, salt and
       pepper.
       
       3. Beat until the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
       
       4. "Saure Rahmsauce" is used as a dressing for fresh cucumbers
       or delicate salad greens like Boston lettuce.
       
       
       To Make: 1¼ cups
