       Well, it is the first of the month, and I thought I would wrap
       up the spring and summer that we have had so far, just so we can
       compare to next year lol...
       Winter was a bust here, hubby got out three weekends on the
       skidoo, March brought warm days and a farmers worst nightmare
       everything went to bud...
       April as predicted went cold a few nights in a row and is to
       blame for poor crops this year, woe to all of us with marked
       reduction in apples, cherries etc... prices bound to go up
       during canning season...
       Seems every week the grocery store is like a collection agency,
       demanding more and giving less.... we are in for a rough
       year.... grab and stock what you can...
       May, June and July were way down in the rain factor all over
       thus causing a drought situtation and again expect prices to go
       up up up!!!
       Even if August does bring the rain it is too late for most
       crops.... stay tuned for further updates!!!
