       Cream Cheese Frosting!!

       4 ounces nonfat pasteurized processed cream cheese product,
       softened
       1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine, softened
       2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
       3 packets (or 1 teaspoon bulk) Sweet 'N Low granulated sugar
       substitute
       3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
       In a small bowl, beat all the ingredients with an electric mixer
       until smooth. Chill until firm.
       Yummie of carrot cake, banana bread(cake)
