       Cocoa 2 tbsp
       Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
       White sugar   2 tbsp
       Can of Evaporated Skim Milk
       Butter  1 tbsp
       combine dry and mix in saucepan slowly whisk in milk add butter
       when smooth heat and stir on med heat till boiling and slightly
       thick...
       2 tbsp 55 cal...     Choices: 1/2 milk  1/2 sugar
