       Tip:  I use the sauce from the fruit if I can if canned or
       frozen...
       I cup of fruit your choice
       place in a saucepan and mash add a little water very little, a
       bit of vinigar, some spices again your choice and simmer till
       fruit is mush, strain if you like and cool...
