       Mushroom Potatoes!!!

       This is good!!!
       1 can low-fat condensed mushroom soup
       1/2 cup skim milk
       1 large onion chopped
       4 medium potatoes peeled diced and cooked
       Paprika
       combine milk, soup and onion... stire in potatoes... pour into
       baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray bake
       uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes...
       Really good and you could change by adding cheddar cheese or
       cheese slices to melt on top last 10 minutes or untill golden
       brown
