       Preparing For Winter The House!!

       Tips for the home!!!
       1.   Make sure you take off screens and replace with storm
       windows.
       2.   Check to make sure all eaves and gutters are cleaned...
       3.   Make sure all walkways are even, another words if there is
       an unsmooth surface fix it now so that
       your shovel does not hit it when you need to clear snow or
       ice...
       4.   If you use 2 bags of salt buy three it can be stored til
       the following winter and there are times
       when you may need it... also good to have a bag of dirt
       around...
       5.   May sure that you check windows and door frames for draft
       spots...
       6.   If you buy one bag of candles each month you will always
       have some to light your way...
       7.   Get staples in and try to have enough food to do over
       normal working shifts... another words some
       food extras just in case you can't get out for several
       things...
       8.   Make sure if you have wood, that you have lots of dry stuff
       don't use it all at once, if you use oil
       make sure filters and oil tanks are clean and keep a
       regular path cleared at all times, same with gas
       or propane.
       9.  Make sure your shovels are in working order, nothing worst
       than going to shovel and not having a
       good shovel..
       10.  Have a back up plan, even a wood stove in the garage or one
       that can be set up in a short period
       of time is better than nothing...
