       Rice & Canned Meat Casserole!!

       2 C cooked rice
       1 can meat
       1 can cream soup
       2/3 C sour cream
       Mix together. Put in pan. Top with cheese. Use canned spam,
       canned cornbeef, ham, luncheon meat etc.
       Bake @ 350 for 20-30 mins
