       Potato, Cheese &amp; Egg Supper!!!

       2 lbs of potatoes boiled  slightyly undercooked
       1/2 cup melted butter
       1 1/2 lb ripe tomatoes or can of stewed tomatoes (optional but
       really good)
       1 1/2 cups grated cheese your favourite or mix em
       8 hard cooked eggs chopped coarsely
       1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
       cut potatoes in 1/4 inch slices pour butter over bottom of
       caserole pan layer potatoes then tomatoes then cheese then eggs
       then cheese sprinkle dish with Parmesan Cheese bake 20 minutes
       at 350
