       Butterscotch Squares!!

       1/3 cup butter
       1 tbls hot water
       1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
       1 egg
       1 cup flour
       1 tsp baking powder
       1/8 tsp baking soda
       3/4 cup peeled and diced zucchini
       1/2 cup walnuts
       1/3 cup butterscotch chips
       Mix all dry items first except chips and walnuts, mix all wet
       items... mix together add walnuts and chips pour into buttered
       9X9 pan  you could sprinkle a few chips on top bake 25 minutes
       at 350 cool in pan and cut
