       Tuna Noodle Casserole!!

       1 can of tuna (I perfer salmon or mix a can of both)
       1 can of chow mein noodles
       1 can of mushroom soup
       1 cup of chopped veggies already cooked to soft stage or just
       use canned
       1/2 cup of onion
       1/4 cup water
       Mix bake 15 minutes at 350  I put cheese on top and toss it back
       into oven for about 10 minutes more or just till cheese is
       melted and has brown tips...
