       I have over 20 Diebetic Recipe Books and have spent the last
       several years modifying my own recipes and following them...
       numerous times I have setup binders and such with recipes to
       follow yet still go back to my books, but now I forget which
       books my favourites are in... so that is part of the reason for
       this forum...
