       Sweet & Salty Vegetable Crisps!!!

       You can do this with all types of root veggetables (veggies that
       grow in the ground)
       1 beet slice very thinly
       lay on counter and sprinkle with salt and sugar
       heat oil in pan and drop a small bread cube in it when it turns
       brown the oil is ready
       drop beet slices and when they float to surface they are done...
       makes a great snack with carrots, onions, potatoes, turnip
       etc....
