Remember you can dice your own tomatoes as the season gets going
this recipe is only 270 calories!!!
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 2 cups multi-grain penne pasta,
uncooked 1 cup water 7 cups baby spinach leaves 1 cup Kraft
Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese Make It!
BRING tomatoes, oregano, pasta and water to boil in large
saucepan; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 11 min. or just
until pasta is tender, uncovering after 10 min.
ADD half the spinach; simmer, covered, 2 min. or until wilted.
Stir. Repeat with remaining spinach.
SERVE topped with cheese.
kraft kitchens tipsSpecial ExtraFor a spicier dish, add 1/4 tsp.
crushed red pepper or hot pepper sauce along with the tomatoes.

mmmmmmmmm pasta salads you can do just about anything with
pasta, and if you got lots of spagetti sitting in your cupboards
cut it in half or break it before cooking and use instead of
macaroni!!!
4-1/2 cups whole wheat fusilli pasta, uncooked 1/2 cup Kraft
Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, divided 1 lb. (450 g)
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 cups
broccoli florets 1 large red pepper, chopped 1 small onion,
thinly sliced 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup Kraft 100%
Parmesan Light Grated Cheese Make It!
COOK pasta as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in large skillet on
medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until cooked
through, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and parsley; cook
5 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
DRAIN pasta; mix with chicken mixture and remaining 1/4 cup
dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
kraft kitchens tipsSubstituteSubstitute cleaned uncooked shrimp
for the chicken, reducing the cooking time to 2 min. or until
shrimp turn pink before adding the vegetables and parsley.
Calories are only 380 for the meal!!!

I love tomatoes and the season is almost apon us!!!
What You Need!1 lb. (450 g) mixed fresh tomatoes, chopped 1/2
cup thinly sliced red onions 1/4 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano,
Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese 1/4 cup Kraft
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing 2 Tbsp. chopped
fresh basil 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Make It!
COMBINE ingredients.
