       Easy Corn Fritters!!

       1 cup drained corn kernels
       3 tbsp of corn meal
       1/2 tsp sugar (or sustitute)
       calls for salt 1/2 tsp but I omit this
       1 egg beaten
       Mix all, drop by tablespoon into deep hot oil could do this in
       olive oil gives a bit of a zing also could add pepper pieces and
       even apple & raisin pieces... by deep frying quickly the oil
       will not absorb as fast drain on paper towl.
