       here is a recipe from me if you like to make sweets with fruit
       in them...
       1 can, container, jar of icing already mixed ( I use different
       ones depending on
       season, white can be turned to red with a
       few drops of color)
       1 1/2 cups oats not cooked lol
       1 1/2 cups coconut shreded (not the off the tree lol)
       2 cups fruit candied or plain pieces ( bought at bulk food
       store)
       1/2 cup raisins
       Mix, you need elbow power or get kids to help (not the goat
       kind) hubby could help too... now for dropping I tried the small
       spoon, tried the ice cream scoop very sticky so now I use a
       plastic lunch sandwich bag and scoop and shape and drop on
       cookie sheet easy to toss in fridge... no mess toss bag in
       garbage afterwards.... enjoy!!!
