       Homemade Tootsie Rolls!!

       Homemade Tootsie Rolls
       12 oz. chocolate chips
       1/2 cup light corn syrup
       3/4 cup water
       1 1/2 tsp. orange flavoring – optional (You can use other
       flavorings or just vanilla)
       Melt chocolate chips. Then add the remaining ingredients. Line a
       pan that is about 13×17 with wax paper and spread the mixture on
       it until it is about 1/2 inch thick. It won’t go to the edges of
       the pan. Cover and let set overnight. It will be stiff but
       flexible. Now just roll it into pieces the size or shape you
       want. When they are all shaped, cover and let set again until
       they firm up again. They are ready to wrap in individual papers
       like wax, paper, plastic wrap etc.
