Who will die in the Season Finale?

Hey guys :) so this has comic spoilers (though I think we all
know what it even have we either read the comic or not).
Who do you think Negan will hit with Lucille in 616, as they
confirmed that he was appearing in that one and a footage of him
swinging Lucille was leaked?
Sad thing: I've read (and kinda agree) with a lot of theories,
but I think the Daryl, Glenn or Abe ones are the strongest.
Daryl is basically Glenn in the series, like Rick's right hand
(naughty thoughts aside, please :P) and best friend, and so
Negan would kill him to do Rick wrong; the thing is that
Norman's character is the principal money generator, so I don't
know if they'd kill him because of it. They'd lose a looot of
money and idk if they're capable of that these days. Maybe in a
few years? Two seasons? This season? Idk.
Glenn had a previous non-death this season and what people are
saying (and I didn't agree until I realized it) that it was like
a façade, you know? Like "oh, they almost killed him so they
wouldn't DARE to kill him for real; they wouldn't be that
monstruous, right? Right?!"; also Steven has said a couple of
times at least that he would want to have the same death as in
the comics (Lucille'd by Negan), and I've heard that in an
interview with Scott Gimple and him, Scott was really nervous
and constantly looking at him. That translates to Glenn
probably? dying, except you guys want to ship them and make
fanfics about it :P
And finally, the Abe theory puts him in the place he actually
stands in: he's always this kamikaze guy that does whatever he
feels the need to do, and so he'd maybe go searching for Negan
with the 6B epilogue we watched at the end of 608? And so Negan
will kill him?
Idk, I think all three are totally possible. Even if now I kinda
bet for Glenn's, since the season started I was mentally
preparing myself to see Daryl die. With or without Negan, idk. I
just felt-- feel they're gonna kill him soon. And since I don't
think they're killing a secondary character (like Morgan or
Father Gabriel) because it wouldn't get the shock the viewers
are waiting for, and the iconic Negan scene will be wasted on
that. Also, something I just thought: would they kill a
secondary character first and then going for a first role but
not letting us know until 7A??? I don't know about this because
we'd get spoiled on who's filming the season and who's not, but
yeah.
What do you think? Any thoughts on these three or about other
characters getting killed by Negan?
(Moderator's note: I changed the title on the topic for the
reason put in the sticky post on "Season Six Talk" board.

I think there's a strong reason for it to be Glenn, namely the
fact that Glenn's death sets Maggie's story arch in motion. Or
so I keep telling myself, because the Daryl alternative doesn't
bear thinking about. I do NOT want to see Daryl die; I watch the
show to see my favourite characters kick ass, not to see them
get clubbed to death. I've read a lot of comments that argue
nothing will set Negan up as the ultimate villain quite like him
killing Daryl, but honestly, I gotta ask, what's the point?
Villains come and go, I don't give a crap about them. Don't
sacrifice one of your best characters to big up a villain,
m'kay?

Maybe it's because Daryl's the favorite among fans and his death
will give AMC the credibility fans are asking for? I'm okay with
how they are right now, but I've read comments about how they
don't kill people worth killing anymore (aka A5) and stuff, and
how this Glenn non-death wasn't cool because they backed off
kinda whining about the ratings or smth.
I don't want anyone dying tbh, but 608 wasn't as great as other
mid season finales. Like, what happens in 609? THAT should have
been the msf. So maybe they'll kill the fan favorite becaude of
the lack of "important" deaths in the first half?

That makes no sense. If they backed off Glenn's death because of
the ratings, they're not even going to touch killing Daryl with
a barge pole.
I've heard the credibility argument, too, but come on people,
it's a show about a guy who survives lying in a coma, uncared
for for god knows how long, to wake up in a zombie apocalypse
where he somehow doesn't die even though he is weak as a kitten
and has no clue what's going on. Is Daryl getting killed really
going to add credibility to that? What about Carol or Carl?
I agree that 608 seemed to have been cut off before it really
got going. It felt a little didappointing overall.

Yup. Totally.
I don't know about Carl tho. Like almost everyone hates him,
though some of us love him. So maybe it won't make a boom in the
audience? Also, in 609 the eye thing happens so... idk. I don't
know if they're gonna do something to him after that.

I don't understand why people hate Carl. I think he's brilliant,
and has had great character development. Anyway, I just
mentioned him and Carol to point out that there's two more of
the A5 who could conceivably bite the dust. Carol's been
established as a total badass, her death would be pretty
shocking, and I don't want to know what Carl's death would do to
Rick. Speaking of whom - 'nobody's safe' - really? What about
Rick? I reckon he's pretty safe. (Just playing devil's advocate
here.)
At the end of the day you could make arguments for and against
any particular character dying; it all comes down to personal
preference. My money's still on Glenn (I hope I don't have to
eat my words!).

I also don't buy the credibility thing. At his point they are
only killing characters for shock value (but this is only my
opinion, but that's what it feels like).
If they want to go with the credibility issue - how come Glenn
has survived numerous kidnapping and constantly
(unrealistically) survives situations that are extreme and in
which he should actually have died. (5B and 6A especially)
Thing is I love Daryl and Rick, but especially Daryl, and I
really don't want him to die , but I feel like they'll alienate
a lot of fans by killing Daryl off.
I DO want Glenn AND Daryl to live, but story line wise - I'm
rooting for Glenn to meet his comic book fate as that opens up a
great storyline for Maggie who I think has been largely ignored
these last two seasons.
Speaking of Carl - a friend brough this up and it got me
thinking. We're approx two years or so into the AP. Carl was 11
when it started. So now they have 16/almost 17 year old playing
this young kid. You can already see how much Carl has grown up.
How long before it starts to look completely unrealistic -
unless they go with a time jump soon?

They really need the time jump, but killing Carl is not really
on the table, I think. Not now and not rapidly I think.
They won't kill Daryl, maybe drag him around some, but I don't
really think they would kill him.
If I had to bet my money on killing someone it would be Carol
and/or Sasha. They both look like their arch is somehow more or
less done and they are stuck in a dead place (no pun intended),
so I would vote for them. And it would be a shame to kill them,
but in the light of killing Daryl or Carl, I would obviously be
more happy with them killing Carol or Sasha.
