       Double EXP Weekend!

       I've adjusted the script to v1.0.7 and now we are doing DOUBLE
       EXP weekend.
       /rpnewbie is also adjusted now to suite you better.
       Double EXP Rewards ( more coming later tomorrow ):
       1. 2x ( 2 ) respect points on Payday instead of 1x ( 1 )
       2. Prices on shops are decreased by 10%- 50%.
